Yoga Psychology
What is Yoga Psychology?
It is the development and maintenance of a positive mental attitude while interacting with your world where ever you are, be it in a Yoga class, in a Yoga posture, at work, at home with family and children, driving your car, making love, in stressful situations, etc.
Our focus in Yoga psychology is to assist people in understanding the fundamental law that governs the use of the mind and emotions:
"Energy follows thought are returns to its source, you the map maker."
Our program encompasses functional user friendly processes that help people to:
- Do a thorough and honest self-analysis.
- Direct their mind intelligently to create what they want with harm to none.
- Begin the process of mastering their emotions in a state of non-attachment while being able to feel them and interact with others in a mature manner.
Our program is highly unique, as this is the part of Yoga that has not been
taught at the public level. And which very few people in Yoga have been exposed
to as many Guru's/teachers from India and from this country do not teach this
critical aspect of Yoga.
